Monday Music Mention – Tina Dico “New Situation”

I am a music junkie, I confess.  I have music on my phone, on my computer, CD’s still stacked high.  I own no functional television, but have multiple types of music players.

Each Monday, I’ll point out a song or artist that particularly reaches me and perhaps introduce someone or something new to you.  Musical artists live by being heard, much like authors live by being read – well, really, by people buying their product.  But it has to be seen, heard or mentioned first.

Tina Dico (or Dickow) is a Danish singer who founded her own label (much like self-publishing authors!).  Her music is honest and thought-provoking.

I’ve chosen three songs that I think represent her different styles – “New Situation” is currently one of my listening favorites.  If you enjoy her work, I encourage you to purchase it via whatever medium you normally use.

Happy Monday!

You’re welcome – she’s pretty stellar, particularly in her lyrics. I’m glad you’re enjoying her music. Also check out “The Road”, “Glow” and “Stains”.

Oh, Glow was pretty intense. I like One, haven’t heard Stains yet. Thanks again. Such a clear true voice.
