    The details of this are just stunning. The contrast of shapes, the colors. I guess you’d say “It speaks to me.”
    If Queen Anne’s Lace is not the same thing as “Mississippi lace” then it’s very similar. My granny used to say it was her favorite flower. In a rare conversation with me she said, “They’d tell me it’s not a flower, it’s a weed. My mother always said Mississippi lace was the only kind of lace I’d ever have. But it’s still my favorite.”

    You are so right, many weeds are lovely in their own rights. This gorgeous photo illustrates just that.
