It can be 🙂 Right now it is a hot tropical mess! I’ve not had the ambition to keep it tidy and down here in the heat and humidity if you don’t stay on top of it, soon things are growing in the soffits and creeping towards the door. I’m hoping to wrassle it back into some modicum of civility this weekend. As the temps begin to edge downward, it isn’t so daunting of a task. (plus, I took a day off!)
Every time I see him in his wee little cylinder house, I wonder “Is this a prince, or is she here to make more tadpoles?!” It used to jump and panic (often ON to me) for a while. As you can see by the lazy look, it has figured out I’m no threat, other than sneaking photos 🙂 I loved that I caught the little finger pad over the edge.
